Upon entering this beautifully designed and appointed home, you will first encounter a family room and living area, both furnished with comfortable sofas. The first space would be ideal for family gatherings and to plan your next adventures, while the living space would be perfect for gatherings that include streaming everyone's favorite series or movies on the smart TV with cable or playing board games while the wood-burning fireplace keeps everyone nice and warm during the winter months. On the opposite side of this level is the fully appointed, eat-in kitchen with wonderful appliances that will make cooking a breeze and a six-person dining table. From here guests can easily access the back patio and the pantry with a washer/dryer. A full bathroom with a standalone shower can be found on this level as well. All four bedrooms are located on the upper level along with a full bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms are the same with the exception of two - one featuring a desk and a desk chair and the other one offering access to a small deck. Popular nearby attractions include Heart Rock, Lake Gregory Regional Park, Pillars of God, and Snow Valley Mountain Resort. You couldn't touch anything without wondering what was on you now. The freezer didn't work. We had to clean the coffee pot ourselves because it was full of old grounds. The kitchen trash can was disgusting on the top and you had to touch it to open it. The floors were all dirty. The bottom wood step had a dirty/black buildup that was probably never cleaned. Crumbs and dog hair under the sofa cushions. Dirty hand prints on the walls, especially going down into the TV room. Window sills had a black substance (mold?) coming through the paint. Plaster peeling off the window sills. Dog feces abundant in the yard by the front door and the outside sitting area. Parking for 4? Bring your 4x4\. Our Altima barely made it in and out of the driveway and we only felt comfortable with 2 cars. Even the Vacasa representative didn't feel comfortable parking her Cadillac in the driveway when she came out to address our concerns. She was appalled with the condition of the home. Needless to say we only slept here and didn't feel comfortable doing anything else in this home. Where is the COVID compliant cleaning?
