“A”

“Unbeatable location with far reaching views. Great breakfast hamper, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.”

“Most of the room is good except it is not quiet. The cars passed through the road is easily heard. It is quite noise!”

“We were originally shown a room on the ground level but its bathroom was very small and water damaged and old. We then walked downstairs to a renovated room which suited us much better. It was quiet and had a lovely view.”

“很簡陋，廁所沒有抽風設施，而且隔音設施很差。不會再光顧。電視remote 沒有電 希望能改善。”

“Overall, I had a good stay. The environment was nice, and the room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the limited table space, as there was only a small round table and a bedside table, so I had to put some of my belongings on the floor. That said, it’s understandable given that the room wasn’t very spacious. The bathroom tap was also a little difficult to use, and the tap in the room made a loud noise when the hot water was turned on. I could also hear the water running whenever……

“The property is in a great location for the local restaurants and walks. We met Mike on our way out in the afternoon and he was really friendly and gave some good advice as to where to eat some local cheese. The bed was really comfortable with a good range of tea and some good coffee. The biscuits were a nice addition as well. We loved our stay here and were fortunate enough to see some Platypus which was a real highlight.”

“Great food, amazing gardens , welcoming staff”

“It’s nice to not have reception and just spend time together, we’ve always loved montville, Kondalilla is beautiful and the food at the restaurant is pricy but so worth it!!!”

“excelent atmosphere and staff , top rated”

“客房相當乾淨，空間很寬敞。如果之後再來陽光海岸，必定會帶家人過來。”

“Didn't have a chance to explore nearby as it was raining, limited indoor parking so you have to park outside which might not be an ideal option if you have a lot of luggage. Worth mentioning is the gym at the hotel which is good.”
