"Welcoming and clean. Service was great. The breakfast buffet was superb.
The only things that I would change:
1) They need a hot tub / jacuzzi for the pool / spa area.
2) They need to offer the option for soft bed pillows."
"At first they told us that the reservation was not sent by hotels.com and that there is available room. only when I said I will call hotels.com now and complain, they said ok will find you a room. Wanted to pay by visa, they said there is extra 10% if by visa. No hot water in the afternoon, parking entry is very narrow, breakfast is only from 07:30 to 09:00. Location is great."
