Quest'anno abbiamo trovato posto per un colpo di fortuna, o probabilmente per una disdetta. Speriamo di poterci tornare...”

“Excelente casa, menos de 10 min de carro do centro de Porto Cervo. A casa que eu fiquei era bem espaçosa, quarto amplo. Eu gostei muito da casa e do atendimento da hospedagem. Tem estacionamento gratuito no local. A cozinha é equipada para que você prepare suas refeições. Tem lavanderia que pode ser usada por todas as casas do condomínio. Só um ponto que tinha que ficar atento é a questão que para a retirada do lixo , tinha horário e era um pouco restrito. É preciso se programar para recolher o……

“L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, la communication est fluide, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard et les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée, ce que nous avons apprécié (merci Natalia). Lina est toujours disponible en cas de besoins et prend soin de ses hôtes. Bref, aucune fausse note, nous recommandons le logement de Lina et la remercions pour sa gentillesse.”

Auch von der Ausstattung her fehlte es an nichts. Monica hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch der Kontakt mit Florinda war super. “The house is in a beautiful location with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is fully equipped and well cleaned. The owners were kind and gave us a lot of information. The nearby coasts are wonderful even if there are many tourists in August. The car is essential.”

“We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. Unfortunately no sea view, but it is only a few minutes by car to the Costa Smeralda with beautiful beaches. The only drawback: below the house there was a storage……

“Wir haben unsere Ferien auf Sardinien sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren schon zig Mal in Italien, hatten aber noch gar nie eine so grosszügig ausgestattete Wohnung wie hier. Da hatten wir einfach sämtliche Haushaltgeräte die wir zu Hause auch haben und Geschirr und Besteck war auch reichlich vorhanden. Dazu hatten wir einen ruhigen und gepflegten Gartensitzplatz und die Lage der Wohnung war so perfekt, dass wir in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Sandstrand von……

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa con giardino ad agosto. Avendo 4 stanze e 3 bagni, ha potuto ospitare comodamente più famiglie. Ci sono stati piccoli contrattempi, sempre prontamente risolti da Cristina, persona gentile e disponibile, che ha davvero fatto la differenza. Il giardino è ben curato e spazioso. Fantastico avendo dei bimbi piccoli. Due spiagge si raggiungono a piedi, per le altre è necessario prendere la macchina. Unica nota critica è per le stanze al piano interrato, che……

“Casa comoda, spaziosa e arredata con stile. Tutto ha funzionato bene e le nostre aspettative sono state ripagate. Host disponibili e gentili. Per il mare serve però la macchina, a piedi é un po' lunga. Consigliamo.”

“Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach……

“Wir waren etwas enttäuscht und auch entsetzt Die Wohnung und das Inventar ist veraltet und zum Teil kaputt Verrosteter Wäscheständer, der unsere Kleidung verfärbt hat. Ein Herd, der total veraltet war, es gingen nur 2 Gasflammen, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, Schimmel an den Wänden in einigen Bädern, einige Schränke durch muffigen Geruch nicht benutzbar uvm Die Wohnung ist in der unteren Etage dunkel. Ennio ist ein netter Mann und der Pool ist sensationell mit einem Traumblick.”

Air con & wifi working well, the house is well accomodated and the surrendings really pretty. Stefano was very nice and both arrival and departure made easy. We certainly recommend this house for a family !”

“Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen .Allerdings wäre es schön wenn die Küche besser ausgerüstet wäre.Teller,Gläser,gibt es ausreichend,Messer z.B.nur 4 und das sind Steakmesser,usw....und die Sauberkeit liess bei vielen Küchenutensilien zu wünschen übrig...Kaffeemaschine gibt es nur Espressokocher und die waren so verdreckt,dass wir einen neuen gekauft haben...Auch das es etwas muffig riecht,muss ich wie auch schon vorher erwähnt ,bestätigen....Die gestellten Handtücher haben wir selber……

Ubicazione ottima, a due passi dal magnifico mare di Capriccioli, ma anche a breve distanza da tutte le meraviglia della Costa. “Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……
