“Wonderful hotel ! Everything was perfect. The room was so nice with an outdoor terrace and two chaise lounges, and partial view of the water. The lobby, the pool area and the beach club were all 5 stars! The beach area is not sandy but so unique with day beds nestled between rock formations. And the sunset from there is spectacular! The breakfast was wonderful and if you don’t want a big dinner there is also a pizza restaurant on the property open late. In summary, we loved it and……

“The views from the resort are absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Villa Tavolara. It was quiet. The view was amazing. The villa was clean, private, and beautiful. Our only issue was the door to one of the bedrooms was hard to open and it took multiple tries and lots of effort to get the lock to turn. But other than that, everything else was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning by the pool. We traveled with a 1 year old and they provided a crib. Check in and check out was simple.it……

“Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We……

“A very unusual hotel, but also a very special place. Fabulous views and great food. Staff were amazing and very welcoming at all times. We would advise you to hire a small car as the nearest village is 4-5m drive and a taxi is difficult to get and very expensive. Prices are definitely above average and if this is something that worries you, I would definitely consider other options. Personally we would definitely revisit if we returned. “Was pleasantly surprised having read a few negative reviews prior to arrival. Food excellent with many healthy options and always fresh. Enjoyed both the beach and deck. Easy walk into centre of Cannigione centre. Would return and recommend.”

“Lovely hotel in a lovely neighbourhood with great beach a few steps away., restaurants and a few stores. Very clean and comfortable room/bed/bathroom, nice size balcony. Breakfast included in our stay. Lots of choices, always fresh and staked up by 2 nice ladies. Only downside was the fridge which was small with no freezer but the staff agreed to put some items in their freezer for me. ** Know that there is an extra fee for beach chairs and umbrella which seemed included from the listing which……
