“Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. ”

“Second time staying here but first time having breakfast, which, apart from coinciding with a coach party, was very good. Arrived around 2am after a late flight and check in was easy. Very comfortable room, and good shower in the morning. Re-booked for a visit to family later this month. Can’t fault this hotel. ”

“Decent hotel for the price and the rooms were clean ,Rachel in the breakfast area was so helptand so was Ali who made sure we were comfortable. The hotel is situated in a residential area which is not the best developed but still hotel seems nice and safe Has a chippy /bar/restaurant and ice cream parlour right next to it in case I come back from Edinburgh early Easy transport options (bus trainand park and ride from near hotel Would recommend for a decent priced hotel away from city . “See unique, boutique, hotel with beautiful views of the water and the bridge restaurant right downstairs and another breakfast lunch restaurants on the premises. Had a great time wonderful property. Not necessarily a destination, but if you’d like to spend the night or two and relax, it is very pleasant.. it was our last night in Edinburgh. We needed a place to stay before we went to the airport in the morning and had a great time not in the middle of town however so you will need to get a taxi……
