“My husband and I (and our dog) stayed at the cabins for three days at the Crooked River Ranch golf course. The cabins are quite new and nicely furnished. Since my husband wanted to play golf at the golf course, it was an ideal location. We also visited Smith Rock State Park and my husband fly fished near the Baldwin Dam. Even though it was mid afternoon, he caught several fish. If we are in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay at the cabins again.”

“The check in process was a fast. However, the property was not very clean. I did not get the room I had reserved and was told that they were all sold out and the room I had was the last one. I had reserved a premium room with 3 beds and kitchenette. The room had only 2 beds and no kitchen. I had it reserved for 2 nights, we are a family of 5. The main dresser had an underwear in it and the floor was very dirty. On the first morning there a random person entered our room and when I told the front……

“My room was clean, but it definitely felt outdated. The biggest issue for me was the bed; it was not comfortable at all. The pillows were too thin, making it feel like I was lying flat, and I really wished there had been more of them or some thicker options available. When I looked at the photos online, the room seemed much nicer than it actually was. I was hoping for a more refreshing experience based on those images. “Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded. Obviously a pipe had broken and there was water everywhere. All the clothes in my suitcase were soaked, so had to wear the same clothes the next day. I only chose this hotel as it was the……
