“Wi-Fi is a big deal in 2026 and we had two issues with it. First, the sign in process is RIDICULOUS. You have to give it every personal detail about yourself AND watch a minute long ad about some shady sounding "brain medicine" just to get online. after that, it worked for a few hours and then it was broken the remainder of our 2 day stay. We talked to the front desk, she looked at our phone for a minute then said there is nothing she can do to help. This cost me money because I had to purchase……

“The property location was good for us. The pool was cold, but we did have fun in it. The breakfast was very good. We had a problem with the toilet getting clogged, and asked to get it fixed for 3 days in a row before someone actually fixed it. The beds in room 313 were not comfortable, so we did not sleep well each night. This was the most important factor, as we like to get a good night's sleep. The hot tub was not working while we were there. We could have used a hot shower near the pool as……
