“The Barn in the Burgh is immediately inviting on seeing it and only continues to impress as you see the rest of it inside. We hosted a gathering here for my parents 50th wedding anniversary for my large immediate family and all their spouses and children. It was perfect. The adults were able to gather in the kitchen and living room area and . For the first time in my life my mother kicked her feet up in a recliner through the entirety of the gathering and my dad relaxed also in various areas and……

“Nice place to stay for a night. Mostly clean, aside from a stray hair in the bathroom. Shower door stuck and needed to be persuaded to open. Good breakfast, with protein options. Attentive, friendly staff. We were there on a Thursday and we heard a lot of engines revving and winding up that night, like several cars were repeatedly racing away. It didn't disturb our sleep, though. I'm not sure what the hotel could do about such a problem.”
