Mostly clean, aside from a stray hair in the bathroom. Shower door stuck and needed to be persuaded to open. Good breakfast, with protein options. Attentive, friendly staff. We were there on a Thursday and we heard a lot of engines revving and winding up that night, like several cars were repeatedly racing away. It didn't disturb our sleep, though. Aside from that, their breakfast offering had no sweet cereal, only Cheerios and Corn Flakes. Nope. My issues are the following: 1\. Online check in serves no purpose. I literally did duplicate upon arrival. 2\. I had the following charges after booking and paying for the room: $1, $1, $50, $52.xx. 3\. The online checkin said I wasn't a rewards member. I am. The email and phone are identical across platforms. In summary, the room and service was a 3 star, while the tech stack and booking were a 1, so 3+1=4/2=2 stars. It would seem much of technology sold to Wyndham fails. The same for Expedia. All of my questions were answered regarding things around the area and the hotel but he was so sweet. I will give a heads up, they are renovating!! Everything is nice and clean and new but there was a couple hiccups in the room that come with renovations and finding the kinks along the way. Nothing that was trip ending, just things that make you giggle. Staff was made aware and they were so sweet and apologized when it wasn’t necessary. The room we stayed in, was not renovated and very dirty. The staff was unprofessional and many things were broken, damaged and just unclean. Upon arriving the first room we were given was actually dirty and looked as if someone was living in it. The next room we got was “cleaned” but the linens were stained, walls were filthy, and lots of damaged areas. When we woke up a young boy was doing the routine cleaning in the hall way? Weird.
