“We were given rooms that we did not pay for and had to pay extra for the wrong rooms and room 11 the lock on the door was broken the second we went in there the shower temperature would never work properly the only good things was the fridge and tv the heated blanket didn’t work and would turn its self off and the power stuff for the lights and air con was coming out of the wall”

“It was basic but clean .it was in a good location. Nice and quite. Didnt see any staff. We had to ring to get keys and drop off keys in a box when we left. Overall good experience. Just a little weird that the motel was in a shopping complex. A good stay overall. They did clean the rooms and make the bed up everyday.”

“The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free.”
