The Galleria shopping centre is connected to the hotel via level 5 so theres no needs to go out into the cold to get into the shopping centre! Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. "Decent value for money but only moderately clean and cleaning was very inconsistent - one day bed would be made, another day the bins would be emptied, vacuum cleaning was apparently self-service with the machine living in the hallway. It's great to have a kitchenette, but there were no basics (I would assume previous guests would have left oil, salt, etc). Room was a bit run down with LOTS of spots in the carpet. Sheets were too small for the bed so they kept coming loose."
