The staff was informative and very accommodating. For the area, the Inn of Rockwall, is an understated Holiday Inn.

ONE PERSON in this location destroyed the reputation for everyone who's worked so hard to make this a really nice place. But read this as it is very relevant to anyone considering staying at the Inn of Rockwall: The clerk on duty, Sunday am, claimed he "couldn't find" my reservation after I'd been here several days and had rebooked without issue. I'd paid in advance several times and it had gone off without a hitch. This time, he refused to cooperate. He ruined the reputation

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the TV was a very nice size! However, cleanliness did not seem to be too high on the list. Sink and shower was wiped down but dirt and smears on doors and light switches and dust behind the door and around the toilet.. those things were pretty noticeable. We just needed a place to stay for two nights, and I would probably stay again.
