Wonderful home-away-from-home

The layout of this home was super comfortable, spacious, and well furnished. The home finishes are up to date with a fantastic kitchen and bathrooms. Huge pool, nice shade trees. Perfect spot to feel instantly right at home. Super quiet neighborhood -- easy to work from our home-away-from-home during the day.

Urban Oasis

We were all immediate family from several places in the U.S. and this was a very welcoming home for us to enjoy being together. Plenty of room and all the amenities.

Great Stay

The home was beautiful and welcoming. Our group has ample space in the home and we enjoyed the amenities available. We would recommend this home to others visiting the area and we would stay again.

Worst VRBO experience ever! Do not rent this place.

This rental was the worst experience we have ever had. The sole reason we chose the home was for the swimming pool for the kids. It was so filthy dirty we could not swim in it. We also found the inside of the house to be dirty as well and not well kept. The host was the most intrusive ever! Asking multiple times the exact number of people, ages, number of cars, number of guests visiting, and most outrageous, they would not confirm our reservation until I told them the reason we were coming to Plano.

Great Alternative to a Hotel for a Family

We were in town to visit family and rented this property as an alternative to two hotel rooms. It was terrific - the exact location we needed, clean, comfortable, setup wonderfully for a family. It's clearly a professional property, no one lives there (which to us is a nice feature), and the manager is professional and communicative. We'll be back.

Pleasant Stay

The house was nicely renovated, decorated and clean. The neighbors on the street were friendly. Our host was very responsive. We had a pleasant stay while we were having repairs done at our home.

Great Stay!

Loved this house! The setup and arrangement of rooms, the wonderful light in the kitchen in the morning, the outdoor space and all the thoughtful details. Plus the most stocked kitchen Ive seen in a rental! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Home, check in process frustating.

This house is exactly as the photos show. Its decorated beautifully and we had a good stay once we arrived at the house. BUT, check in is not good. We decided last minute to book this stay for the next day. We paid and reserved through the secure VRBO website which included our dates, how many people were in our group and so on. We were surprised when we received a text message from the owner asking us for personal details of our trip including the ages of our children, why we were in the Dallas area and so on. I asked why they were asking this information again and they stated they do no receive this from VRBO and they were also not communicating through the VRBO secure channel. I became uneasy with this process and asked again for the check in details as we had paid for the rental and it was approaching the check in time. They would not provide the check in details until I agreed I would not allow anyone other then the people they were told about into the home, including any visitors we may have from the local area, sign an additional rental agreement outside the one I signed with VRBO and provide them via text message a copy of my driver license. I called VRBO to make sure I was not being scammed, and they assured me that this was a legitimate rental but they also felt it was very odd after reviewing the information I sent them and offered to refund me at no cost and help me find another rental. We didn't want to go through the hassle at 2pm on the day we were supposed to check in so we rolled the dice and sent them all our personal details. Overall, the house is as it appears in the photos. The rental process, the number of hoops you have to jump through to get the check in details, and having to agree to terms outside of VRBO make it not as great.
