This was property was absolutely perfect for my family!!! There were 7 of us ranging in ages from 12-76. The swimming pool and theater room were fantastic!! The house was very clean. The hosts left a printout of instructions and explained things thoroughly. When questions arose, the host responded promptly to my text message. If I could give this property 100 stars I would!!!! The location is convenient to highway access and only 5-10 minutes from Kroger, Walmart and tons of other shopping and dining options. My family and I will DEFINITELY be staying at this property when we go back to Dallas!!!

Great place!!

My family and I needed a spacious place to stay and this place was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, the entertainment room was great. It was really comfortable, great location, and a very nice neighborhood. The owners were very communicative and asked us if we needed anything. We will stay here again!

Matt was very accommodating and welcoming. We had everything we needed. The layout of the home is ideal, split layout so all bedrooms have privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the game room and media room. Thank you!

We used the property for an offsite meeting of our firm's partners. The process was very simple, and the owners were responsive to all of our questions. The house was very clean and it was a nice stay overall.

Perfect for family time!

There was something for everyone! This house was perfect for our family get together. Everyone had plenty of room and the patio area was perfect for relaxed conversation and catch up time. We enjoyed a little putting practice and the home theater was amazing! We had a couple of questions during our stay and the Property Manager was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great location, lovely updated home in an older neighborhood with large beautiful trees. Kitchen was stocked -even a crockpot-but we did run out of clean silverware pretty fast. Paper towels , toilet paper and detergents provided by the owners, plenty for the 8 of us for a week. After hanging out in the theatre room, I think I need one in my own home lol. Plenty of towels and I thought that the owners providing body wash and shampoo/conditioner was very thoughtful! Pool was nice, shaded table for 8 was very nice. I would have preferred if there was some kind of shade over at least a little bit of the pool and the gas grill probably needs to go to the trash. Luckily there was a small charcoal grill with charcoal. Lid to the washer was broken but we could still use it if we duct taped it. This house was very very clean and I would definitely stay again!

The house was spotless and was a perfect set-up for two families. It has two rooms with en suite bathrooms in opposite parts of the house, which is nice for adults/parents when two families are there. The media room is cool. We had multiple teenagers using the recliners and cloud pillows just to chill out. Every room is well appointed. You have everything you need there. Game room also great. The couch is the size of a twin bed. We would definitely rent again. Hosts were very responsive and friendly!

Everyone loved the house! Convenient location, grocery near by and easy access to the highways! Kids played in the pool all day Saturday, while some of our group went to the game. Theater was great for watching more football that evening!! My 8 year old granddaughter wants us to rent it again next!
