“It is hard to put into words how magical our stay here was. Starting our morning with delicious breakfast on the porch, with the most hospitable staff, especially Hugo, was a special experience we will never forget. We call him our Italian grandpa now. He probably made us 50 cappuccinos. Nicest Italian we’ve ever met. The hotel is adorable, quiet, and right by everything you’d want to see while staying in the area. Pool was phenomenal. Staff treated us like family. We laugh cried and hugged……

“We did not get the rooms that we booked. We were supposed to have two rooms with a Lakeview and balcony. One room was supposed to have 2 beds and neither did. The staff at the hotel had no resolution and it was already charged to our card.”
