"I’ve now stayed at La Quinta twice, and both experiences were truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. My first stay left a great impression, but returning for a second visit confirmed that the high level of service wasn’t just a one-time experience—it’s clearly part of their standard. The team is friendly, professional, and attentive, making each stay smooth and comfortable. It’s rare to find such consistent hospitality, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making guests feel valued. Looking forward to my next stay! In addition the on-site laundry is convenient and the gym wasn't overly crowded."

"My room wasn't serviced after the first night of a 2-night stay. There was a mix-up in my reservations with Expedia (not Hyatt's fault). Instead of honoring the discounted rate, I was charged full price, significantly higher. It would have been nice if they had asked me if I qualified for any other discounts (AARP, AAA, veteran's discount, etc.). They did, however, grant me free parking (normally $17.50 per night). I'm not sure if that was already included in Expedia's package."

"Friendly, professional, courteous staff. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, just like the rest of the building. They have Dove products in the bathrooms! Beds, pillows and covers are so comfortable. Very quiet and plenty of parking. Places to eat are within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast is a feast, so many options, and it's delicious. Definitely making this a place to stay in Davis."

"Nice experience but the food was disappointing. There is virtually no breakfast; bagel and cream cheese but no cream cheese. Juice and coffee or a pastry That's it.. Very nice bar but the dinner menu though extensive left a great deal to be desired taste wise. The braised ribs and fettucine tasted like fish."
