“I was just looking for a quiet nice place to get a few hours of sleep after my plane was diverted from Billings. Staff was helpful ”

“Overall ok. The pics accurately reflect the apartment. The apartment needs some maintenance. Shower faucet handle is missing a screw so the handle comes off in your hand when adjusting the faucet. Toilet tissue fixture is missing the roller, so the TP rolls are stacked on the vanity. The collapsible kitchen table is broken on one side. Some coffee mugs were not clean. The outside light fixture at the entry door did not work so using the front door key pad at night was difficult. The apartment is……

The categories I rated "average" were simply that. No offense intended at all. But I commend them on their efforts and attitude. Thanks,”
