"It seems that this hotel is in the middle of an update (there were older furniture pieces in the hall at one point, but our room did not have such pieces and was nice and new). Even though they downplay their breakfast, it was quite good with already-cooked egg and cheese omelets (just warm them up in the micro-wave) and a waffle (made in one of those waffle machines) if you wanted one. The breakfast was better than some places I've been that advertise a hot cooked breakfast. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we have encountered in hotels, and the pillows were large, soft and fluffy. It is a nice place with a train theme throughout."

"The renovation is done. It's like staying in a new and clean Super8. The room floors are not carpet, which I like. The fitness center is still not open. Breakfast is open and was breakfast sandwiches, waffles and cereal. The coffee is good. There are indications they've taken steps to protect the environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely, I would stay here again. "

"We’ve done a lot of traveling on this trip and this has been the best hotel by far. The hotel felt very safe. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. "

"This hotel is fairly new & nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable & the rooms were large. The were 3 restaurants in the parking lot and others nearby within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was nice The whole area around the hotel appears to be fairly new. This was our favorite stay on a long roadtrip. Highly recommend. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The location was great—close to amenities yet tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat. The house was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. The host was responsive and accommodating. We loved the welcome basket! We especially enjoyed the spacious layoutband very comfortavle beds for a family of 8. The property is exactly as advertised and the host provided everything we needed. It snowed during our March stay and we were pleasantly surprised that there we sleds at the house for our little ones to enjoy sledding down the hill! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and relaxing getaway spot!"
