“We had a fantastic stay at the Secluded Chalet near Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Our friends had rented the Bear Rocks community center for a get-together, so we decided to stay nearby—and it ended up being the perfect choice. We’ve actually been considering moving to the Bear Rocks area, so this gave us a great feel for what it’s like to spend time there.The chalet itself is tucked away among beautiful mountain laurels, giving it a quiet, private feel that really lets you unwind. “Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. ”

“Very misleading listing and unfortunately a very uncomfortable stay. We booked what was advertised as a “2-bedroom single-floor home” and had no idea we were actually renting the downstairs portion of a much larger house with an occupied apartment directly above us. Had that been clearly disclosed, we absolutely would not have booked it. We could hear people upstairs talking, walking and pounding overhead, including around 2 a.m., which kept us awake.The house also had a strong musty/stale……
