House Rules:
1. Music at any volume (even if it's turned down) is absolutely prohibited from being played outdoors at the property, and music played indoors must not be audible outside.
2. Parties and party-like gatherings are prohibited. (This is not to be confused with celebrations among the registered overnight guests, such as birthdays and anniversaries. Those celebrations are of course welcome!)
3. Daytime visitors who are not overnight registered guests of the vacation rental is limited to 10 persons. Overnight guest limit is 6.
4. The number of vehicles at our property is limited to a maximum of 3, including on the street. Additionally, recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, campers, trailers, boats in tow, etc. are not allowed to be parked in the driveway or street.
5. The city has provided all residents living next to registered vacation rentals with a 24-hour hotline to report disturbances. A 24/7 enforcement patrol team responds to violation complaints on-site. Confirmed violations will result in a financial citation and eviction.
6. For this property, an executed rental agreement with a copy of your government-issued ID is required within 24 hours of booking. Guests with less than one review or a 4-star average must get approval from Host before booking.
7. PETS/ SERVICE ANIMALS: Only house trained dogs are allowed (no cats or other animals). Applicable pet fees of $50 flat rate per pet are assessed per stay; dog needs to be approved prior to check in. Animals are not allowed on bedding or furniture, and must be under the control of owner at all times. Note: post check out if animal waste is found on the property or animal hair is found on bedding/ furniture guests may be subject to an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of $100. Pictures of each animal must be forwarded for FINAL APPROVAL after booking.
8. AC thermostat range is 76-82 degrees. Heat range is 65-78 degrees. This is to ensure the HVAC system functions properly year-round.
9. Government issued picture ID of the booking guest is required.
10. Audio/video surveillance on exterior of home; noise decibel measuring device inside.
