“I was told by the front desk staff that the room should be quiet as I asked for but instead the room is facing highway and is very noisy even in the midnight through 3am the next morning, l lost several hours sleep for the night stay. In addition the shower water is too strong and is not adjustable as needed.”

“There is little to none things that is bad about this hotel. ”

“La propiedad es totalmente descuidada la habitación no fue lo que había reservado , estaba en un estado deplorable el piso craqueado el baño no había toallas supuestamente tenía una bonita vista al rio ya solo se veía una área descuidada nada que ver con las fotografías que enseña expedía en conclusión al final decidimos no quedarnos ahí por qué el lugar era totalmente desagradable.y por supuesto se negaron a devolver lo que se había pagado , así que para nada recomiendo ese lugar.”

“Staff was great and helpful! Room not up to par. Hot running water in first room, no warm or cold. Had to move once settled in from 23rd fl to 15th fl. Was late night. Had a tournament at 8am next day. Won't be staying there again.”

“Floor was so disgusting. My feet was black from walking around with no shoes. Floor had not been swept or mopped, I swear in months. The corner behind the bathroom door was so bad I would not recommend this place at all. Should have ask for my money back ”

“Do not stay here. They charged my credit card $118 fraudulently even though I paid for my stay through Expedia. Then when I called about the charge they said they lied and said they didn’t charge my card and that they didn’t have the card details so they couldn’t have, even though I gave them my card for the deposit. I had to call them 7 times and they kept lying. Eventually after threatening to report them to the police they admitted they charged the card and said they would refund it.……
