“This review is a tale of two cities. First, I could not have been happier with the accommodations. I was very pleased and truly hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. The only thing that would resemble a complaint about the room is it looks as if the sheets may not have been changed from the previous guest. My evidence for this is when I pull down the comforter, the sheets looked as if the bed was made up by a 12-year-old who was in a hurry and didn’t want to make up the bed to begin……

“The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and the host was super helpful and responsive the whole time. The location is great and super convenient to so much in the area, which made getting around easy. The pool was a fantastic bonus - clean, well-maintained, and plenty of loungers to choose from. Parking was fortunately easy to find, but heads up for future guests: you don’t get access to the gated garage. You’ll need to use street parking outside the building.……

“Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host.”

“Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! ”

“The cabin was really cool and in a great location. It was clean and cozy. The catch and release pond was amazing. We caught Brim and Bass using nightcrawlers. It was a lot of fun to do that with my daughter. My only complaint was the lack of wash rags, towels, and blankets. The listing says it sleeps 8, which it does with the futon and couch. However, there was not enough extra blankets. There was bed sheets, just not enough blankets. Also, no wash clothes at all, no hand towels, and only a few……

“Definitely returning”

“Absolutely amazing communication by the property manager. She was Johnny on the spot and very nice. Highly recommend this place, great little neighborhood with a fire station around the corner.”

“Great property, as advertised. Secure entrance. Great location downtown with good restaurants within a few steps. Host was very nice and tried to accommodate an extended stay that I needed. Would definitely rent again!”

“Super comfy sheets and easy check in and check out. Parking was easy, apartment is clean and well cared for. Great food close by.”

“We came to Birmingham for a concert and wanted something close to the venue while also being in a safe part of town. This unit was perfect for what we wanted! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the BJCC and it was so nice not having to fight traffic when leaving the concert. It was 4 girls on this trip and we never felt unsafe in the area we were in. The host has been amazing since the time we first booked the trip and wanted to make sure we had the best experience in their rental. I highly……
