“This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was visible trash in the hall and the parking lots. The pool was green and had lots of hair floating in it. The floor in the room did not look clean either. The wiring of the television in our room was janky. The tv would not come on unless the light was on. If we tried to turn the light off, the tv would go off too. The front elevator near the check-in desk was broken for several days of our stay. The elevator towards the back of the……

“All staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was not what we were used to at embassy suites of our past but was still better than most hotels.”

“Pros: The bedding is magnificent, it has a kitchenette that’s very clean, the tv is huge. CONS: The lobby is tiny, the restroom was not cleaned properly. The toilet had hair and dirt in the bowl, and the tub had some yellow substance on it that looked similar to dried urine. There was also strands of blond hair on one of the pillows. To sum it all up. I would only use this place for an overnight stay. If you’re planning a long stay bring cleaning supplies and fragrant candles.”

“We particularly enjoyed how accommodating the staff was to our requests. We wanted extra towels and they immediately made that happen, our car was immediately greeted and unloaded by the valet, making check-in very smooth. Its central location to excellent dining was also a huge plus!”

“The 530pm kick back was awesome they included 3 alcoholic drinks per adult plus the food was a money saver and convenient. The area was very centric for our baseball tournaments.”

“Good cheap place when you are playing baseball in hoover. BBQ was good. Showers were hot and water pressure was great. Free laundry service was very nice and came in handy washing jerseys. Kitchen in the room was also great. Pool was warm as we stayed in the summer and was quiet.”
