“The services are good although the hotel is situated in a different province completely away from Phnom Penh. This can be costly if you intend to go shopping or buy essential goods needed for your stay. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and staff friendly and able to assist whenever needed.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff speak good English and are very friendly and efficient. The location is fantastic, with many food and shopping options within walking distance, and it is really easy to get transportation to get around.”

“Pros: Price, nice staff, gated security with staff working at all time. Parking was ample. Great communication. Mini mart, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and small vendors all around. Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away. ”

“It was a one-night stay, but we did get the 7thfl with a great view and I did get a chance to enjoy the rooftop pool for an hour before anyone, it was peaceful and beautiful... Only wished we could have spent more time in PP... will book again when visiting Cambodia again, the front desk was so helpful for the arrangements of our rooms.”
