No room upgrade or vip amenities were offered but it is still value for money. The gym, pool and spa are amazing. Staff and service were also fantastic. Food and beverages are on the expensive end for Cambodia but is a 4 star hotel. I will stay there again when Iā€™m in Phnom Penh.

This was absolute luxury at an affordable price. The room was beautiful and had all the amenities we wanted. The staff was outstandingly helpful and gracious. This was the best place we've stayed in a very long time.

As an American tourist, this was a very strange place to stay. Inconveniently far from the city center, hallways and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and none of the staff seemed to be comfortable speaking English. The breakfast was not included in my stay but was mediocre- pastries were terribly dry and crunchy, coffee was not drinkable, et cetera.
