Great location and Japanese service - OUTSTANDING. Room is spacious, comfortable and silent. Infinity pool is smaller than depicted and no bar staff. Else it's all as advertised. It's a business hotel really, but outstandingly well run. Go.

Hotel Emion was top 2 Hotels in Phnom Oenh of the 5 places I stayed. Staff very courteous and welcoming, front desk was very charming people and smiling all the times.
