“The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels. They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! Our room was also on the 3rd floor which meant every step or noise the people above us made were heard very clearly. If we were to stay again the 4th floor would be a best choice and because Vila……

“We stayed 2 nights and were barely in the room, but I ca definitely say the photos were 100% accurate and the woman at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and let me know up front that the front desk is not manned 24/7, which was no biggie. Grounds, lobby and room were all clean! We had a 1 bedroom room with a small kitchen and it was perfect for us: 2 adults and a 5 year old. The bed and pillows were comfy and the AC worked great.
