“Staff very friendly and helpful. The property was not inviting. All lawn care was complete ignored. The condos were run down, windows very dirty, furniture was beyond use,trash cans outside the door had a terrible odor. The outlay of French Quarter was excellent, it appears years of lack of maintenance and repairs have severely damaged a once great resort. Again the staff was excellent .”

“We had a simple maintenance issue with a toilet from the moment we walked in. For 3 days I called and requested a repair. Simply replacing the components inside the tank especially the flapper would have easily fixed the problem. If you can’t figure it out in 3 attempts just replace the entire toilet and remedy the problem. But NO, I had to be the official toilet flusher. For our entire stay the lid stayed off the toilet, I had to add additional water to the tank for each flush and manually……

“We had issues with the bathroom sink spraying water onto the wall where the outlet was. Water pressure for the shower was not the best. Needs an updated showerhead. Place was clean and quiet. Overall not bad.”
