“Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our……

“A rather dated hotel on a small quiet beach to the south of St James. We liked the location and being so close to the beach. The included water sports (Not unlimited) and the use of the water taxi to sister hotels was a plus. We didn’t go to the pool and never saw anybody else using it as the beach is far more desirable. We didn’t like the lack of electrical sockets in our bedroom - we had to pull the fridge out just to charge a mobile phone. The food is pretty average but edible. We preferred……

“A lovely friendly hotel right on st Lawrence Gap. I cannot fault anything about the hotel. I was able to really relax and enjoy the lovely weather and scenery. The food was amazing. Everything we ate from, breakfast, lunch or dinner was enjoyable. The staff were always able to help with any questions and direct you in anyway they could. The great thing about the hotel was being able to swim in a pool till 9pm or swim in the sea which you step right onto. I would most definitely recommend this……
