“What a lovely little gem of a hotel, absolutely loved staying here, dinner was out of the world followed by such a gorgeous breakfast the next day.. Would 100% return here”

“Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Nice staff great breakfast”

“Really nice stay here during the summer holidays. Lovely view out of our room and the bar was very nice and served decent food, even for us vegans! Would recommend a stay here :)”

“We really enjoyed our stay in an old mansion. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean, spacious and warm. We could hear the door closing in the corridor a few times but it did not disturb our sleep. Breakfast was perfect. We would recommend a stay at this hotel.”

“Over all happy with the stay. It's clean and tidy close to every thing. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Large towls were missing and the hair dryer but were bought to the room as soon as we asked for them. Excellent service. Two down falls. The shower. Large people might struggle to get in the shower as the door hing is 1/5 along the door so the door when opened doesn't hit the toilet. Second issue the road noise. “All the staff I came across had a lovely helpful attitude. The room was basic, but that was what I paid for. Every where was clean. They have added double glazing inside the sash windows so although room was on the main high street it was super quiet - had a great night's sleep. Didn't have breakfast, but did have an evening meal which was OK nothing special.”

“Lovely and friendly owners.”

“Beautiful location, excellent parking and lovely choices of places to eat. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of quality eg coffee choice of bread, granola and much more. It was clear the owner takes pride in the services available. Highly recommended ”

“Nice clean and include breakfast which total value of money.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff in a well presented well positioned hotel for getting around the wider area with lots of complementary parking. Rooms were large, well decorated and spotless. Generally very good.”

“Really nice”

“A very well maintained place and Jayne is lovely”

“The manager, Mac, was very welcoming and took the time to explain the facilities within the hotel. Our room while a little dated, was warm, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb and contained a variety of choices. The dining room was tastefully decorated. Recommend staying here.”

“We received a warm welcome from the host, with drinks served in the garden on arrival. Our room was very comfortable and well presented to a high standard. Breakfast on both days had a wide choice and was delicious with friendly service throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this country house hotel to anyone staying in this lovely part of Wales.”

“We loved our stay here. You could instantly tell that the owners cared about the place and want you to have a good stay. Andrea was really lovely and helpful with local recommendations and cooked an amazing breakfast.”

“Great value, superb location, got a very highly rated Italian right opposite, Little Italy it's called. Got a Tesco Express near by & it's under 10 mins walk to the bars, the pier, beach, train station etc 😊”
