“Did a late booking for a business trip. Great service by staff who contacted me and explained the self check in process as I arrived in the late evening. Accommodated a late change I made and were very helpful. Beautifully renovated property with lots of parking, spacious room with good amenities and comfy bed and bedding. "We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help."

"I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. "
