“The location is very convenient as it's just a 5 mins walk to the Liverpool Street Station with different dining and shopping choices. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful and worth a 5-star rating. The room I took was budget friendly so it was relatively small but sufficient for a solo traveler. There were small dirt stains on towels and bedsheets but otherwise the room was clean”

The room is very old style and full of dust in bed, in the drawers, on the tables, on the wall. I even have to clean myself because I found it at night when I come back late after business dinner. 2. When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself. It could be the 4……
