“We had a mixed experience overall.
When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it. This felt a bit misleading and could be communicated more clearly.
The room cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor, and the room had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable.
Some basic amenities were missing. There was no milk provided with the coffee, and it took three requests before it was……
