“Good service, very convenient location, however room cleaning could be better”

“Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. ”

“I have read all the reviews for the last 7 months and we were hoping they were one offs. But we experienced all of them. Generally the room was dirty, almost everything was broken or damaged and it was easy to tell they had been that way for sometime. Given that these complaints date back at least 7 months (I gave up reading them after that!) And none of these concerns have been addressed. We stayed here two years ago and had no such problems. It demonstrates how far down they have down in……

“We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We found cockroaches every single day in various areas, including both large adults and many baby cockroaches, which suggests an ongoing infestation. They were mainly found in the kitchen, even though we kept the apartment clean throughout our stay and were careful not to leave food out. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to other travellers.”
