“很有历史的一家酒店，也是入住后看餐厅里的资料才知道还有个鬼屋传说。闹鬼的马厩已经改装成大厅，还可以承接婚礼。周围是农场，很美，但是没有什么可转的地方。住宿的价格是非常实惠了，但是餐厅不便宜。菜做得很像样，进餐前在酒吧尝了杯scotch，好喝。”

“It is a very peaceful place to stay. The hostess was extremely helpful and was very attentive to our needs. It is a very organic place to stay so be prepared for natural amenities and fresh homemade food. Breakfast was excellent and we were able to choose our dining time and options. Truly a little gem in the Scottish countryside.”

“We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags. The decor was beautiful, the shower was powerful. The toiletries smelt wonderful - always good to get conditioner supplied, too - A marker of a good quality hotel, in my opinion! “The staff were all very friendly and tried to be helpful. However when we arrived there was no one in reception and we had to wait 10 mins before someone turned up. When we arrived at our room which was large spacious and generally clean, there was no kettle to make tea. There was fecal material in the toilet bowl. Upon walking down two flights of stairs I was told to get hot water fro the coffee machine. Eventually a kettle was found. Evening meal basic but good. Breakfast poor overcooked……

“The staff here were absolutely lovely! It's a very quaint inn, just as you might imagine an Inn in the Scottish countryside would be. The room was small but functional. Ours looked out onto a sweet 'wee' courtyard. We had a glass of wine in the bar after returning from having dinner at Kingsbarns Golf club and the bartender, Cammie, was so lovely and helpful. She gave some recommendations of places to see in Edinburgh and let us sample the Irn Bru, which is a local soft drink in Scotland that's……
