Pleasant stay at this hotel. Comfortable beds and good-sized rooms. A bit of mold in the bathroom silicon, but otherwise seemed really clean. Tasty breakfast with standard hot/cold choices. Great location right on the River Tay with nice views from the dining room.

The room was nice and the person checking me in very friendly. The restaurant serves general pub fare and nice cocktails. Dundee is fairly small so I think any hotel would be convenient, but this one is very close to both the airport bus stop (FLY Dundee) and the water with the V&A. The breakfast was limited but all right.

Good location near the museums of Dundee. Parking good. Staff where good when at the front desk, but the desk was not staffed at all times and nobody came when the bell was pushed. Room was comfortable and the adjoining restaurant is good if you don’t feel like going out.

I enjoyed the variety of the breakfast and the quality of the food at the restaurant. The staff were super nice and attentive. The view from the restaurant is amazing. I would happily book another stay here in the future.

Please stay away from this hotel. The only thing that's nice about this place is the free breakfast specially if you sit right by the window overlooking the ocean but other than that, everything is awful. Staff were very rude and disrespectful when we checked in, they couldn't find my reservation until I showed them my receipt and how much i paid for our stay. I requested for a 2 bedroom, non-smoking area, they put us in a "accessible room" which is a handicapped room, with a bathroom that doesn't have soap and shampoo and only has a hand soap. They separated the 2 double bed to make it look like 2 beds, the space where they separated was dusty. Requested to change my sheets as it has blood and yellow stains. Carpet stinks and the hallway creeks when you walk. Please book somewhere else and do not waste your money here.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, alles ist gut zu erreichen. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen, man hat nur die Klimaanlage um die Temperatur zu regulieren. Das Frühstück ist Englisch. Kein Käse, kein Gemüse. Für Veganer ist es gar nichts, für Vegetarier ist es ein unterdurchschnittliches Frühstück, für Fleischliebhaber ein Paradies. Das Zimmer wird nur gereinigt, wenn man es an der Rezeption "bestellt'.
