“We enjoyed the property and location to our needs. Clean and wonderful. We did have a problem opening the lock box to get the key. The code we had been provided did not work. However, we didn’t need it as we accessed it through the garage.”

“This was our first time in Tucson. It was such a treat to stay in Eric's casita for a week. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and at night, when we opened the windows, the coyotes would serenade us to sleep. The casita was far enough away from retail to feel closer to nature, but not too far to pick up groceries and anything else we needed. It was truly magical and we loved our time there!”

“Everything was top tier and as described. View from patio was killer. Expect to drive at least 30 minutes to the better golf courses. Resort facilities were nice and not crowded. Only complaint, there are only two showers and one tub, which was a small problem for 8 adults but we knew that going in, just required some scheduling.”

Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the large well-furnished luxurious outdoor living area with pool and flowering gardens on 3.3 acres that rivals views of the nearby Saguaro National Park. We spent many happy hours dining and conversing with family members while watching the hummingbirds pollinate the salvia right next to the outdoor dining, and a large variety of desert birds enjoying the ocotillo, bottlebrush, lantana, yucca, trumpet……

“The property was ideal for our reunion with friends made 40 years ago when we all lived in Minneapolis. Now in our 70’s and living all over the west we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Tucson. The location was perfect for hikes in Santa Catalina Park, for seeing a play in downtown Tucson and eating out. We enjoyed hanging out and catching up at the house and back yard. “We were very glad to find this gem since family lives in nearby Saddlebrooke, and we were in the area for the Xmas holidays. Overall it was very clean, but the second bathroom could have been a bit cleaner particularly since the cleaning fee is so high and several times more than we pay a regular cleaning service at home for a larger house. Communication with the owners was excellent, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Beds were comfortable, too. Getting in and out of the driveway was a bit……
