“The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. ”

The apartment was clean, kitchen was very well stocked & the host made sure there was everything we needed for our stay. Host gave very easy arrival & check in instructions. The apartment is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, and we LOVED that everywhere we went throughout the weekend was within a 5-10 minute drive, the apartment is very close to downtown. We will definitely be back! ”

“Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. ”

“The staff seemed friendly. It’s an older building. It’s showing its age and lack of a refresh, but generally very clean and quaint/cute. Decently well located and walking distance of a great small theater and a couple of really good coffee, shops and restaurants.”
