“We have stayed here before and didn't have a problem. This tim around was way different. One of the room's was having a party and yelling a lot. Around 1 am it got even louder and we had let the front desk know. Then again a few hours later and about 3am they said they had warned them but couldn't do anything. The party died down about 4am. So our stay wasn't great. ”

“1. There is no elevator here, so it is inconvenient to carry heavy luggage up to the second floor. 2. This hotel does not have a restaurant. 3. The main transportation options for this hotel are: (1) Uber (2) There is VTA Light Rail on the street next door about 600~800 meters away. 4. There is no potable hot water in the lobby. You can only use a microwave to boil ice water directly. 5. There is only one restaurant nearby and a 7-11 near the VTA.”
