“Beautiful property that is extremely clean and well appointed with beautiful furnishings. The only thing I would change is the bed pillows. They were feather/down and flat and terribly unsupportive. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property. ”

“We adjusted the heat multiple times but it would never get warmer. It stayed cold all night both nights. The second night we had to wait through multiple lights to get to our hotel because of something at the BOK Center and people parking in the library parking. It would have been nice if staff told us when we checked in. ”

“Room was great and the staff was fantastic. Heater in Lobby and cafe area was broken which made it very cold for drinks at the bar and breakfast. The staff let us know they were trying to fix the issue but it wasn’t fixed by the time we checked our. Overall I would recommend this hotel as it was very nice and clean. ”
