"Staff was great!"

"We stayed at the resort for 5 nights. The room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the resort was understaffed. We ordered room service and because they didn't have enough staff scheduled we had to walk about 8 minutes each way through the Casino to pick it up ourselves. The spa was understaffed and had no staff to perform spa services for the entire week. They required us to show our driver's licenses every time we picked up our car or purchase anything to the room. If I dropped off the car, my wife couldn't pick it up without having MY license with her. It was unecessary, annoying, and inconvenient. My wife tried to order an ice tea, and charge it to the room. She had her driver's license, but because the room was in MY name they wouldn't sell her the $2.00 tea. Very strange. In this regard the staff was not accommodating and felt undertrained for a resort level hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Close to restaurants, walking/biking trails, and a large green space. Rooftop bar is very nice and the pool is very lovely. Amenities were great and the rooms were unique and super comfortable."

"The bed was hard as hell and the pillows were small and hard was supposed to have a balcony but never got it and the drawers was falling off"

"The vanity light in our bathroom did not work. Maintenance came and quickly fixed it. The first night of our stay we did not have hot water. They said the hot water heater was replaced and had to let the water run to warm up but it never got hot. The AC when running was very loud. The pillows were very uncomfortable and only three provided per bed."

"There are not small refrigerators in single master bedroom, unless you upgrade to a master suite. If you do need a refrigerator, they will rent you one in your room (portable) for $25.00 per night. They will place your needed refrigerator items in the refrigerator behind the front desk at no charge."
