"I showed up to check into my reserved and paid for room, but nobody was in the office to check me on. There was a button to push to ring a bell that nobody answered. There was a note on the counter with a phone number to call someone, but the number didn't work. The place looked condemned. There wasn't a single car in the parking lot. I ended up leaving and came back three times. Nobody was there. I left and booked another hotel 50 miles down the road. I want a refund. I will never prepay for a room with hotels.com again! Done!"

"Breakfast was pretty sketchy each day. Hot items cold, waffle mix separated, orange juice was something pink. Ice machine was broken, vending machine empty. "

"I would not let anyone I love stay here. PERIOD. The rooms are not well insulated and consequently very noisy. Very disorganized at checkin, no paper towel or soap in the washrooms off the breakfast area….just awful stay. "
