“My husband and I were looking for a little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this place fit our needs. We loved the vibe of the converted schoolhouse. It was a spacious but cozy place to stay! The fireplace and hot tub were welcomed benefits. You can tell that they take care and take pride in the space. Kayla was very responsive to our questions. She also made a point to follow up to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you Kayla! ”

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. “Large family stayed for the weekend to attend a local sporting event and the accommodations were perfect for the group. The house was clean and well stocked, the bedrooms were spacious, and the 2nd floor living room has a large sectional so we could all sit together - which was just what we were looking for! Earl was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions prior to and during our stay. We will definitely book again next fall! ”

“Beautiful, large, old home, filled with hundreds of antiques, and a story for every one of them, I'm sure. You'd run out of time before you saw all of them. Really comfy beds, lots of bedrooms (some had private sitting rooms) and bathrooms. Nearly private driveway that winds through beautiful mountain scenery. We were there in winter and still saw tons of wild life..the birds! so many. Huge, old kitchen with some comfy chairs an eat in table and breathtaking views. A private bedroom wing, BUT……
