“I booked the Loft Apartment in DT Clayton as a layover between selling my home and my move to South Florida. the Boat Dani was amazing, communicative, responsive and very easy to work with. the apartment was clean, well taken of and appointed with all our needs for our 10 day stay even with our ESA pets. We truly felt at home and enjoyed our stay and the amenities the Lofts offered including being in our familiar downtown area with so many good and entertainment options. If ever back in town ai……

The space was beautifully maintained, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless.”

“The property was clean and had most anything you need. The only issues we had was at check in, we noticed no water was turned on in the house. Had to call the host and wait an hour and a half for the water to be turned on to be able to shower or use the restroom!! A little ridiculous the water wasn’t already on in the house before check in! The only other thing that we noticed is the big trench/dip to get to the area you have to park in the back yard. If you have a small car your bumper/frame……

“The property was very cute and well-located in a super quiet, but convenient location, offering all the bare necessities for our stay. While the studio is great, I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones provided were quite flat. Also, be prepared to bring extra towels; the host only provided one per person for our four-day stay. Overall, a nice spot for an excellent price if you come prepared!”

“Instructions simple to follow, place is cute, well located close to many restaurants and things to do, and host communication is great. There was a couple of small things like the blind being broken in the kitchen, the bedroom tv being finicky, and a blanket that wasn’t washed (due to some things out of the control of the host). Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely recommend due to offered amenities and location.”
