“If you’re looking for a house for a large family or group, this house is perfect. All was clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful, and the house is well stocked with necessities. There is a lovely yard space, but it is a quiet neighborhood, so if you’re looking for a place to rage/party, this might not be your best bet. The neighborhood is really nice and it felt very safe. The location is GREAT!. It is close to the Arboretum, and easy to get to Fenway. The owner was quick to respond and……

“Wonderful host & house. Victor was quick to respond to questions and got the propane refilled in no time. The little touches like coffee pods & tea bags were so welcome! Having a washer & dryer to use was great too. The area was quieter than we expected & an easy enough walk to the grocery/pharmacy if one chose to. The house was spotless and the linens were very nice. We will definitely recommend this to anyone going to Boston who doesn’t want to be in the downtown area. ”

“Great spacious property walking distance to a beautiful private beach in residential neighborhood. The house was very neat and clean. The house has plenty of parking. The large fenced in yard was great for my dog to run around and my kids to play yard games after a beach day. The beach allows dogs as long as on a leash. Would highly recommend ”
