“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“The hotel was very nice and clean. The only complaint we had was that the room smelled of strong deodorant ? cleaner. Maybe rug cleaner? Flowery aroma, almost offensive. Could not air out as the windows don't open. However, as the night went on with the opening and closing of the door and the air on, it wasn't as strong or offensive. Would recommend/stay again but would make sure we have a window that opened. ”

“Glad we selected this place, as they left us little to complain about. Good size room, though we would have liked for the living area to be a couple feet wider. Most everything in the room worked well, except the fridge, where everything that was put in there would freeze. Good breakfast. Lots of luggage carts, so one was always available when needed. The HVAC worked well. We were always able to find an open parking space, which is a plus. Only 5 minutes from the airport terminal. We……
