What I didn't fully understand when booking was how great the location is to food, shopping, events, and well everything. There is so much to walk to and enjoy downtown. It's also easy to explore the surrounding area via a car with easy access to highways. Want a great place with a great location, look no further. ”

“Great place, couch was a little sagging in the middle like it was broken, dirty dishes in the dish washer, no hot tub or spa as listed in the ad. Owner was very responsive. Overall a good stay, just disappointed in cost v amenities in comparison to what was listed”

“The Downtown-Modern Urban Oasis totally lived up to the hype. The property is tastefully decorated and modern with all the amenities you could want. My son and I were in town for an outdoor swim meet that had very cold and wet weather, so the property really was an oasis of warmth and comfort for us at the end of each day. Hope to stay there again next year!”

“Clean, exactly as pictured and described in the listing, well furnished, host was prompt and professional, fresh flowers on the kitchen counter & and small assortment of beverages in the refrigerator. We were there to help my oldest son to move out of the dorms and into an apartment. This location is close to UM campus, downtown and all services. It was a great trip in a nice location.”

“I spent 4 nights at the Railway Flats. Everything was just as listed. The unit was clean, comfortable and perfect for my business trip. The decor featured a local artist and the unit was well equipped with any necessities you may need. There was construction on the streets leading to the unit, but once I figured it out, it was easy getting to and from the place. My stay was overall quiet and peaceful, but there was some train noise that was to be expected given the location. I would definitely...
