“Staff were excellent. This is an older property so a lot of the common areas aren’t quite up to speed. Limited breakfast items compared to Best Western and Hamptons. Our room was clean, well kept and had comfortable beds”

They charge you for parking without confirming you actually parked a car. Breakfast was limited and not what you would expect for what you pay. Missoula has plenty of hotels and won't stay there again.”

The odor wasn’t limited to one area—it seemed to permeate the halls and rooms. The hotel itself appears poorly maintained. The carpet in the middle of the hallways and walking paths in the rooms were wrinkled and buckling in the middle of the walkways, creating an obvious tripping hazard.
