“How come the pool closes so early? ”

“We had a very nice room in the old part of the hotel with a beautiful view to the lake and the garden. The food was great and delicious. ”

“The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.”

The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around.……
